Movie Review time! Yes. It has been long awaited things have this happen, I reached the mountain top. (earning six figures) I've reached rock-bottom. Fell. Rebounded. Took a break from stand-up comedy (my passion), went on hiatus, then, got ostracized from the phladelphia comedy community. Being rejected from social media.

Currently streaming is Santa Sangre on Google Play (Piece of!), which, is the third best Alejandro Jodrowsky film according to tasteofcinema.com which I think is a reputable source?

Thanks Grant (childhood friend), for expanding my vocabulary with that word during teenager-years-quarter-poker-house-games. He is a cop now in Baltimore...

Was blown away from his Magnum Opus (what the fuck do I know? just heard the most buzz about this guy from this movie and just started exploring his filmography...)

This particular flick was produced by Claudio Argento, which is the younger brother of the late, great Dario Argento (Master of Giallo). The viewer definitely sees elements of Italian Avant-Garde and 
 a dash of dreamey scenery as Jodrowsky delivers with a sprinkle of Italian horror. With just the right amount of surrealism, midgets, children with down syndrome, this indeed has the makings of a top five Jodrowsky film

Almost a decade has past since the beginning of this blog. Where do I start? Hopefully, in this case the sequel will be better than the original. But that rarely happens so here goes...

This post will be about the frauds, the crooks, the fugazy...

Why is it so hard for many to be real?

About more than half the people you meet in this world (or at least in my experience), or I have met in this world is fake. Including my pops...But I disgress

Example.

I was at spencer's gifts at mall yesterday and I struck up a conversation with a staff member. She stated she was a horror movie aficionado.

Later, I asked if she has seen '3 from Hell' (Latest installment, part 3/3 of Rob Zombie's Firefly family trilogy)? She said what's Firefly and further, what's 'House of 1000 Corpses' or 'The Devil's Rejects'?

Thought, ok, maybe this slipped thru the horror movie buff. I then proceeded to ask, have you checked out 'Midsommar' (my personal favorite horror flick of 2019)? She responded, what's that?

Long story short, I am sick of the fugazy people out there claiming they are part of a team and don't even know who's on the squad and focus on narcissistic.

Let us grow and try to build community.

Part 2 is entails my co-worker saying she's a comic book freak, although, I question if she even knows her ABCs or knows how to read...
